Corporate Social Responsibility

It is no longer good enough to just write checks.  Great corporations are releasing their people to do volunteer work.  They are working in partnership on extremely important initiatives.  I think this is one of the areas where I find my greatest hope these days.  More and more corporations are finding that corporate social responsibility is a very powerful aspect of their work.

Corporate social responsibility (CSR) is the deliberate inclusion of public interest into corporate decision-making, and the honoring of a triple bottom line: people, planet, profit (Wikipedia). The CSR movement began in the early 1970s and has become an important component of many 21st century business strategies. Please let us know (in a comment below or on the Contact Us form) how you and your corporation have mobilized the human spirit through Corporate Social Responsibility.
